About
Mór Cait-Sîth Fraser is a neurologically diverse connecter extraordinaire with a passion for digital career literacy and the use of technology and social media in career planning and community engagement. With a background in customer service, communications, and administration, Mór has since been diagnosed with Autism and has applied their learnings to greater utilization of their strengths, which they now apply to the people they work with. Currently, Mór works as an Autism Support Co-ordinator - Employability at Perth Autism Support, where they work as part of a team to deliver their Employability program. The program aims to provide an introduction to the World of Work, help participants identify and develop skills applicable across all areas of employment, provide resources to complete the SQA Employability Award, build a relationship with a mentor, and attend a work placement. Mór is proud to contribute towards the goal of ensuring a confident, diverse, and inclusive network of employers throughout Perth & Kinross, increasing the percentage of autistic individuals in full-time employment and raising awareness of the strengths of autistic employees. With over 16 years of relevant experience, Mór is an expert in coaching, copywriting, building and maintaining sustainable positive working relationships, and problem-solving. They are excellent at bringing people together, thinking with creativity and agility, and with an eye on the future. Mór's past experience includes working as a Data Checker and Development Assistant (Operations) at the University of St Andrews. Mór's education history includes a Microcredential in Change Management and Project Management from the University of Glasgow, an MA in Literary Studies from the University of Glasgow, and completion of their secondary education at Bridge of Don Academy. As a research scientist, Mór has a strong tech stack and is always eager to learn and apply new technologies to their work. They are also passionate about writing and sharing their insights on living and working with Autism to help others prepare for becoming a part of the working world.
